How to cook Papaya Pok Pok.




     Why we will cook this food?
          Because Papaya Pok Pok have spicy,alittle salty and sour flavor.Papaya Pok Pok is the most popular in northeast of Thailand and everyone like to eat this menu,favorite food and press "Like" for Papaya Pok Pok.


Ingredients:

1. Papaya 2. Tomato 3. Fish sauce 5. Chilli

6. Garlice 7. lemon 8. Fermented fish 9. Sugar 10. Seasoning powder

Kitcheware:

1. Mortar 2. Wooden pestle 3. Teaspoon 4. Ladle

 Steps to do:

1. Put some chillis and some garlices in the mortar that you want.

2. Prick the chillis and garlics.

3. Put the papaya in the mortar.

4. Put the tomato in the mortar.

5. Put the lemon in the mortar.

6. Put a little teaspoon of seasoning powder in the mortar.

7. Put a little of fish sauce in the mortar.

8. Put a little ladle the water of fermented fish in the mortar.

9. Put the lemon in the mortar.

10. Mix the ingredients.

11. Put the papaya pok pok in the middle dish
